Diversity and Inclusion practices are imperative for employee engagement and business success. Noia is pleased to offer members and interested organizations a one-day session to help them create a supportive workplace for diverse and inclusive practices.
This event will include speakers with expertise in diversity and inclusion and highlight strategies and policies to help build a positive and inclusive workplace. Why diversity and inclusion are vital to employees and the success of organizations will be a focus, as will how leaders and employees can recognize and remove barriers to diversity and inclusion.
This event is open to Noia members and other organizations interested in creating a workplace supportive of diversity and inclusion. COVID protocols, including NLVaxPass verification, will be in place.
