Refunds will be given for cancellations received in writing by Wednesday, July 8, 2026.

After July 8, your registration is considered firm. Refunds will not be given; however, a delegate substitution is welcome.

Please call The Wilds to book your accommodations.

Please note, accommodations are first-come first-serve and there is a limit of 2 rooms per team.

Rooms are charged within 24 hours on your credit card at the time of reservation. No refunds will be given unless The Wilds Resort is able to resell your reservation from someone on the waitlist.
